BB55 Battleship NORTH CAROLINA is now a floating museum in Wilmington and is a major tourist stop. The ship offers a self guided walking tour but be prepared to do a lot of walking. We stopped by to take pictures not really to hunt ghosts but since we were there why not? So we took lots of pictures and invited those unseen who may be in the room with us to feel free to step in front of the camera. We got took many pictures and had one personal experience where I thought I saw someone standing near a ladder in the engine room.

Upon review of our photos we discovered the image below. It appears to be a strange figure behind the alter in the chapel but what it more than likely is is matrixing. Since we see plexiglas and lots of shiny areas it's probable this is just an odd reflection bouncing around.

 

 

This photo shows a strange shadow which should not be there. There was nothing in front of the camera flash that would lead to this so we have no idea how to explain this one away. It is interesting to note that strange shadows have appeared in photos on the ship by other ghost hunting groups in the past.
